 • Base Plates and Permits Furnished
 • $0.81 per mile loaded or empty
 • $0.01 per mile for protective service required and supplied
 • Stop pay $35 (other than origin and destination)
• 04 cents per mile current fuel surcharge
 •Paid loading/unloading/lumper fees within policy
 •Average length of haul - 1,460 miles

TRACTOR REQUIREMENTS:
 • Five years old or newer with excellent appearance
 • Fifth wheel height maximum 48"
 • Wheel base no more than 265"
   (must be able to pull 48' and 53' trailers)
 • Must be able to haul gross of 80,000 lbs.,
    scale 45,000 lb.Load
 • Must pass Federal and State DOT inspections
 • Stacks measure between 13' and 13'6"
 • Conventional
